THE SPACE
Step into Casa de Kona Villa’s 1,200-sq-ft main home (Casita) effortlessly via keyless entry and take in the serene, beach-themed living room. Relax on comfy furniture as the ceiling fan circulates air cooled by air-conditioning (one of the rare homes in the area to offer AC). In the cooler months, enjoy the toasty warmth of the electric fireplace. Watch your favorite shows and sports on the 55” TCL Roku smart TV that streams Hulu with Disney Plus, and ESPN, using your own log-ins.

The open-concept floorplan means you are just steps away from the Casita kitchen, where you can prep and cook your favorite recipes in the fully equipped kitchen with full-size stainless-steel fridge with icemaker, chef-preferred gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, Cuisinart and Keurig coffeemakers, French Press, toaster, waffle iron, blender, hand mixer, InstaPot, rice cooker, electric can opener, and crockpot. Everything you need is here, including full set of ninja pots and pans, pizza pans, cookware, chef’s knives, stock pots, cooking utensils, glassware for wine, as well as kids plastic forks, spoons, bowls, and plates. The 1,200-sq-ft, two-story Hideaway also provides its own open-concept living room with high ceilings and overlooking the deck. Relax on comfy seating and stream Hulu with Disney Plus, and ESPN on the 55” TCL Roku smart TV.

For dining, you have abundant options, starting with the Casita dining area with seating for six and the four-person Hideaway island seating.

You’ll find several venues for dining al fresco – the table with seating for six on the Sun Deck, patio table for eight with umbrella by the outdoor kitchen, and high-top dining table for six in the great room, an outdoor covered entertainment/living-room area.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE:  Discover a delightful world of outdoor living, including three patio areas:
– Great Room, a 500-sq-ft covered, open-air, shaded, space that includes a 55“ TV, patio heater, high-top dining seating, lounge seating around fire table (you’ll love watching sports on TV in this setting), board games, and a kid-size table for coloring;

HIDEAWAY Bedroom #2 is space, located on the second floor, and provides a king bed, 45” TCL ROKU smart TV; large dresser; a seating area; ensuite bathroom with tons of storage, a walk-in closet with dressing area, iron and ironing board; and access to a delightful balcony with seating and a small table – perfect for morning hot beverages, conversation, games, snacks, or cocktails.

For additional sleeping needs, you’ll also find a Crate and Barrel king-size sleeper sofa in both Casita and Hideaway living rooms.
Rejuvenate and refresh in your choice of four bathrooms – two in the Casita and two in the Hideaway. In addition to the ensuite bathrooms, common-area bathrooms provide large shower stalls, luxury bath towels, and bathroom products.

QUIET HOURS at Casa de Kona begin at 10PM-10AM. Guest must be willing to comply with South Oceanside's residential noise ordinance laws.

Please use link in your booking confirmation to sign our Rental Agreement. We MUST receive your signed Rental Agreement within 12 hours, or your booking will be subject to cancellation.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:  One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.  Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.  For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
